It was like a game between them.
Cliff would say something stupid, Albel would retort, they would fight, which would eventually end in rough, angry sex. It was odd and chaotic, and by all accounts, it should not have worked half as well as it did, but it worked. As Cliff said, if it wasn’t broke, don’t fix it. They didn’t need fixing, but maybe...
Maybe they needed to be broken.
